I'm Megan Norris, the founder of Glass Breaking Consulting and a serial entrepreneur who believes that building a business should be both intentional and achieveable.
I graduated Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Entrepreneurship. I've been building and operating multiple businesses since 2020, giving me firsthand experience with the realities of entrepreneurship; from getting started and figuring things out to creating structure, making strategic decisions, and continuing to grow.
While being a full-time entrepreneur, I am also a 5 year employee, working in the banking industry for a Fortune 500 company, where I have developed a strong foundation in business operations, financial services, customer experience, and leadership.
But beyond the degrees, businesses, and professional experience, I'm also a single mom to two children. I understand what it means to build a business while balancing real life, responsibilities and goals.
